Dental Aligners

Dental aligners are thin, transparent trays made to fit your teeth. Each set moves your teeth a small step towards a better position; after a short period you change to the next set, until the planned result is reached. Because they are clear and removable, most people won't notice you are wearing them, and you can take them out to eat, brush and floss.

ClearCorrect by Straumann

We work with ClearCorrect, the clear aligner system of the Straumann Group — the same Swiss company behind the Straumann implants we use. Your treatment is planned digitally: we make an intraoral scan of your teeth, and a 3D treatment plan shows how your teeth will move before your aligners are made.

How treatment works

1. Consultation — we examine your teeth, discuss your goals and check whether aligners are the right option for you.
2. Digital scan — an intraoral scan instead of traditional impressions.
3. 3D treatment plan — you see the planned tooth movement before treatment starts.
4. Wearing your aligners — usually around 22 hours a day, changing to the next set as instructed, with regular check-ups at the clinic.
5. Retention — after treatment, a retainer helps keep your teeth in their new position.
